Back in November 2011 Priest introduced his debut studio album, Beats & Blips, in Australia, which recorded the top ten single"Own This Club" about the ARIA Singles Chart, in addition to top one-hundred singles"Take Me Away" and"Feel the Love". In the APRA Music Awards of 2012 the course, that had been co-written by Priest with Antonio Egizii and David Musumeci (of DNA Songs), won a award for Urban Work of the Year and has been nominated for Most Played Australian Function.

Biography
1981--2010: Early career and life starts

Marvin Priest was created since Marvin Cornell Elliott on 27 October 1981 at Lewisham, London, England and is the son of UK reggae singer Maxi Priest (born 10 June 1961). [1] Priest has eight sisters and one of the younger brothers, Ryan Elliott, was at the united kingdom boy band, Ultimate Kaos, that achieved chart success in the 1990s. Priest listened to R&B, hip-hop and reggae songs and he flew the world together with his dad and loved ones.

In 2007, Priest first toured with UB40, acting as a backing vocalist in the Raggamuffin Music Festival. [2] He's since worked with different musicians. Priest co-wrote"Full Hundred" on his dad's album two the Max (2005) and featured on"Childhood", a course from Maxi's record, Refused (2007). Priest appeared on UB40's record, TwentyFourSeven, co-writing"Slow Down" and incorporating in"Dance Until the Morning Light" plus a remix of"I Shot the Sheriff". After touring Australia in 2008, Priest established relations with neighborhood club performers, and spent roughly half a year from the nation. [3] In 2010, Priest conducted a duet with Ronan Keating for the latter's record, Duet, in which they coated Cat Stevens' 1970 only"Wild World".
2011--current: Breakthrough achievement and Beats & Blips

About 25 November 2011 Marvin Priest's debut record, Beats & Blips, premiered in Australia on Island Records. [5] Additionally, it reached the top ten to the New Zealand Singles Chart. [6] The tune had been written as a cooperation with DNA Songs members Antonio Egizii and David Musumeci. His next single,"Take Me Away" containing Wynter Gordon, premiered on 22 July and cried at thirty-two about the ARIA Singles Chart,[7] and has been certified gold. [5]"Feel the Love" featuring Fatman Scoop, the next single from Beats & Blips, premiered on 25 October but didn't reach the top .
